About the Owner
Caleb Howard is the owner of Top Stream Exterior. Caleb’s career began at the Newport News Shipyard where he worked as an electrical apprentice. After he and Katherine started their family, he began to desire more flexibility in his life. He started a new venture in 2017, power washing houses on the side. He picked up clients through his personal relationships and by advertising on Facebook, and his reputation for quality and honest work carried him further. Thriving as an entrepreneur, Caleb made the decision to leave his job at the Shipyard in 2018. Eventually, power washing led into gutter cleaning, repair and replacement, along with deck restoration and other forms of exterior home maintenance. Caleb loves teaching others the trades of exterior maintenance and providing great job opportunities to the Hampton Roads community.
